Dorcas R. Gilmore is an attorney and consultant focused on racial and economic justice, values alignment, and equitable community-led development. She has worked at the NAACP and Community Law Center and taught in the Community & Economic Development Law Clinic at American University Washington College of Law.
John Duda is the Communications Coordinator at the Democracy Collaborative, a national think tank developing strategies for building community wealth and larger scale systemic transformation. He is also a co-founder and worker-owner at Red Emma's, a Baltimore worker cooperative restaurant and bookstore.
Parag Khandhar is a teaching fellow in the Community Development Clinic of the University of Baltimore School of Law. He has worked as a staff attorney with the Asian Pacific American Legal Resource Center in Washington, D.C. and in Maryland, and was a Public Interest/Public Service Scholar at the Washington College of Law.
